The location was great and near historic sites. Facilities like bathroom,kitchen and beds are clean and well maintained however no elevator in the building.

The Appartamenti Residenza Ricasoli are a group of three apartments, all ideally situated in the centre of Florence, very close to the Santa Maria Novella church, and the train station of the same name. The apartments are located at the 4th floor of an historic building without lift and can sleep up to either 2, 3 or 7 people. All the apartments have been recently renewed and are equipped with all you'll need for a memorable stay in this historically rich Italian city. Also, the location couldn't be better, because you have so many of the city's main attractions within walking distance, such as the Santa Maria del Fiore basilica, Palazzo Medici Riccardi, and the Accademia Gallery (with is Michaelangelo's David), amongst others. For when you don't feel like walking, various buses stop within 300 metres.
The first apartment, Apartment David, is a studio which sleeps up to 2 people and measures 30m2. It has a living/sleeping area with a double sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. The Apartment Duomo is also a studio, sleeps up to 3 people, and also measures 30m2. It has all the same as the Apartment David, plus an extra single sofa-bed. Finally, Apartment Dante sleeps up to 7 people, measures 85m2, and has two bedrooms each with 2 single beds, a living/dining room with a single and a double sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and two bathrooms. All of the apartments have the luxury of Wi-Fi Internet, air-conditioning, TV, hair-dryer, washing machine, microwave, and more. Breakfast is not included in the price, and please note that smoking is permitted here.
